CLASSICA LINE

Cinque Quinti's signature wines, fresh and authentic. The Classic Line represents the heart of our production: immediate, elegant wines rooted in the tradition of Monferrato. Perfect for conviviality and for discovering the area's historic grape varieties in a modern and enjoyable way.

ROVERÒ

A production of 5.000 bottles. Barbera del Monferrato Superiore DOCG. Red wine, with an intense grenache hue and a soft body thanks to the 12 to 15 months spent in oak 25HL barrels.

Harvest 2022 is now ready and available.

The light toasting enhances the flavor of the wine, giving it hazelnut tones.

CARISA

Carisa. Our first production. Our first label. From 750 bottles, we reached 6,600 bottles, and since the 2017 harvest, it has become DOC certified. Barbera del Monferrato DOC. An intense red hue and a rich and full-bodied flavor characterize this red wine.

An intense approach, a dense body crossed by its typical sourness rebalanced by the right softness, the current production is from the 2022 harvest.

GRIGNOLINO

Grignolino del Monferrato. About 5.000 bottles. The white earth, not very fertile and rich in marine sediments, characterizes these hills, guarded by the romantic church of San Pietro, which, with its crooked bell tower, embraces the Grignolino vineyards below.

The wine is fresh and fragrant, intriguing and rebellious.

MARIULIN

Here it is, Mariulin. A union of tradition, innovation, and respect for our land, the Monferrato. Piemonte DOC Chardonnay. Harvest: 2024. Made following the Martinotti (Charmat) method with longer fermentation and permanence on the yeast, which will preserve the wine's aromas and give finer bubbles.

DEDALO

After its great success, Dedalo is back with about 5.000. Monferrato Bianco DOC. 100% Arneis. Harvest: 2024. With floral and fruity touches, Dedalo is characterized by a rich bouquet scent.

It's a fresh, pleasant-to-the-palate wine.

AUSTIN

Austin is the perfect wine for the festival. It has aged for 22 months on the lees. It's fine, creamy bubbles make it an elegant wine, while its floral aromas make it unrefreshing.

Production is limited; the final production is only 3,516 bottles.

CHIARETTO

The refreshment that the large tree next to the Perona vineyard has been giving us for years, and the Casots that emerge between the rows with their genuine and straightforward simplicity, reflect this wine. The wild strawberry on the nose is cheerful and refreshing.

IL PASSO

A wine that represents an important evolution. Step by step, starting from a controlled drying in the vineyard and a refinement that enhances the aromas of exotic fruit, the Passo is enveloping and direct, characterized by a note of saffron. 2.640 bottles.

TERROIR LINE

Single-vineyard wines that express the most authentic Monferrato.

The Terroir Line was born from the desire to tell the story of Monferrato through its soils, exposures, and the most suitable vineyards.
These wines are aged longer, offer greater complexity, and have great aging potential, designed for restaurants and wine lovers.

Each bottle is the expression of a specific place and its identity.

GRIGNOLINO - VIGNA SAN PIETRO

The first label of our Terroir Line: Grignolino Vigna San Pietro. This line was born to produce wines with an innovative soul for the company and the Monferrato.

In this more serious guise, coming from a single vineyard with additional geographical mention, it expresses all its character from spice to juicy red fruit. The scented nose of black cherry and fresh raspberry. Rich and chewy palate, dense but rustic tannin, with an earthy finish.

MONFERRATO ROSSO

The second label of our Terroir Line is Monferrato DOC Rosso, a line that was born to produce wines with an innovative soul for the company and Monferrato.

This is a unique blend of two opposites that attract. It creates the right balance of intense but transparent color, strong but silky tannins, and vegetal and spicy aromas. This allows for a decidedly structured combination, such as grilled ribs or a long-cooked braised dish.

MONFERACE

The third label of our Terroir Line: Monferace - Grignolino Riserva. This line was born to produce wines with an innovative soul for the company and the Monferrato.

A Grignolino who wants to challenge time with a decisive, complex, and fine character. Aged in French oak for 24 months, the warm ruby ​​red is the ideal wine for laid tables and substantial dishes, with a tannin that has softened over time. Available from TBC.

Limited productions and experimental wines. Alongside our main lines, we create small, special editions every year, born from a desire to experiment and explore new interpretations of wine. These are limited-edition labels, dedicated to those who love discovering something unique.

ËL FÓL

ël Fól was born taking examples from the multiple personalities of the jester. Every year, we give life to a unique and limited production. The vintage now available is a red wine, Grignolino del Monferrato Riserva, with 27 months of aging in barrique. Elegant, structured, age-worthy, and distinctive. Vintage: 2021.
