Tasting notes: sparkling orange-pink with coarse-grained perlage. On the nose of yellow peach, apricot, subtle spices and some wholemeal bread. Still black bread on the palate, coarse-grained, airy perlage, and fine pressure on the palate, it shows a little tannin in the central part, the fruit remains in the background and ends bitterly.
