ROVERÒ
A production of 5.000 bottles. Barbera del Monferrato Superiore DOCG. Red wine with an intense grenade hue and a soft body thanks to the 12 to 15 months spent in oak 25HL barrels.
Harvest 2021 is now ready and available.
The light toasting enhances the flavor of the wine giving it hazel tones.
CARISA
Carisa. Our first production. Our first label. From 750 bottles we reached 6.600 bottles and since the 2017 harvest, it became DOC certified. Barbera del Monferrato DOC. Red wine, is characterized by an intense red hue and a rich and full-bodied flavor.
An intense approach, a dense body crossed by its typical sourness rebalanced by the right softness, current production is from the 2022 harvest.
SOLISTA
Solista, Grignolino del Monferrato. About 6.000 bottles. The white earth, not very fertile and rich in marine sediments characterizes these hills, guarded by the romantic church of San Pietro, which with its crooked bell tower embraces the Grignolino vineyards below.
The wine is fresh and fragrant, intriguing and rebellious.

MARIULIN
Here it is, Mariulin. A union of tradition, innovation, and respect for our land, the Monferrato. Piemonte DOC Chardonnay. Harvest: 2022. Made following the Martinotti (Charmat) method with longer fermentation and permanence on the yeast, which will preserve the wine's aromas and give finer bubbles.
DEDALO
After its great success, Dedalo is back with about 6.000. Monferrato Bianco DOC. 100% Arneis. Harvest: 2022.
Dedalo is characterized by a rich bouquet scent, with floral and fruity touches. It's a fresh, pleasant to the palate wine.

AUSTIN
From the 2020 vintage, it rested for 27 months on the lees.
The fine bubbles make it elegant, while its floral aromas make it a fresh wine. Production is limited, only 3.797 bottles are available.
OMBRA
The refreshment that the large tree next to the Perona vineyard has been giving us for years and the Casots that emerge between the rows with their genuine and straightforward simplicity reflect this wine. The wild strawberry on the nose is cheerful and refreshing. It is ideal for a break from the heat and pleasure for the palate.
ËL FÓL
ël Fól was born taking an example from the jester's multiple personalities. We give life every year, to a unique and limited production. The 2021 is an intense red wine, aged in barrique for 15 months. a Monferrato DOC produced with Dolcetto grapes. Harvest: 2021.

GRAPPA DI GRIGNOLINO
Grignolino grappa. 150 bottles. Distilled with the discontinuous method, typical of the Piedmontese tradition.
In the mouth, it is intense, soft, and with a pleasant sweet note. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear and peach. Try it with a piece of chocolate.
IL PASSO
A wine that represents an important evolution. Step by step, starting from a controlled drying in the vineyard and a refinement that enhances the aromas of exotic fruit, the Passo is enveloping and direct, characterized by a note of saffron. 1,866 bottles.
WINE GRAPES
We sell different varieties of wine grapes to private wine producers or cooperatives. The harvest method and timing are always done in accordance with the customer.
Varieties: Barbera, Cortese, Grignolino, Pinot Nero, Arneis, Bonarda, Nebbiolo, Cabernet, Souvignon, Chardonnay, Syrah, Freisa, Dolcetto.
CEREALS
We have 15 hectares of land planted with cereals.
The major crops are made up of corn, wheat, and soybeans.
The collection methods and periods are always in agreement with the customer.
POPLAR
Around 30 hectares are instead dedicated to poplars.
It is usually cultivated along Po' shores and just by passing by car, you can see fields full of them.

TRUFFLES
How could we not leave even if a small part of our land properties to such an exquisite good?
The remaining 1.5 hectare are in fact non farmed and are perfect for finding truffles.

HAZELNUTS
The latest added cultivation into our company.
Currently, it counts only 1 hectare of extension. Variety: Nocciola Tonda Piemonte. The fruit found inside is large, has a spherical and regular shape.
