SALTY PRODUCTS
- Cacciatorino 250gr – La Bottega Nuova: the inevitable “cacciatorino”, a soft and unseasoned raw salami with a delicate flavor, handcrafted in our small village.
- Raw milk toma cheese 300gr – Borgo Affinatori: raw milk toma cheese processed in the crust. With a soft and very elastic texture and a full and round taste.
- Purple cheese aged in wine 300gr – Borgo Affinatori: the milk is processed hot as soon as it is milked, to produce a semi-cooked cheese with a paste with an unmistakable taste of butter and vegetable hints. A soaking of about 25 days in tanks with Nizza DOCG, to give life to a cheese aged in wine.
- Cognà, Mostarda d’Uva 220gr – Torre Veglio: a sauce with a very thick consistency, similar to a jam, with a sweet taste and a dark color.
- Olive Oil Handmade Breadsticks 100gr – Ghersin: handmade Piedmontese rubatà breadsticks made with extra virgin olive oil.
- Spelt Handmade Breadsticks 100gr – Ghersin: handmade Piedmontese rubatà breadsticks made with wholemeal and spelt flour.
SWEET PRODUCTS
- Hazelnut bag in shell 500gr – Cinque Quinti: our Tonda Gentile PGI Piedmont Hazelnut. In 500gr bags still in the shell. Fragrant and tasty.
- Acacia honey 250gr – Arnia del Contadino: acacia honey is a very light-colored honey and has a fairly liquid consistency, its scent is very delicate and its taste is very sweet.
- Cherry jam 220gr – Torre Veglio: a thick and creamy jam, prepared with juicy cherries picked in the hills of Monferrato.
- Baci di Dama Covered in Chocolate 12pcs – Ninin: Baci di Dama covered in dark chocolate. A tasty filling of gianduia cremino, made with IGP Piedmont hazelnuts and Valrhona dark chocolate.
