Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500ml of Dedalo – Cinque Quinti
- 200gr of white melon pulp
- 100gr of strawberries
- 100gr of raspeberry
- 100gr of blackberry
- 30 g of sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 10 leaves of mint
- 4/5 small slices of lime and lemon
STEP 1: wash and dry with care all the fruit and the mint leaves. Afterwards cut the fruit into medium pieces, excluding blackberries and raspberries which you will have to keep whole.
STEP 2: put the fruits into a big glass bowl. Add the sugar, the mint leaves, the cinnamon stick and our Dedalo – Monferrato Bianco DOC – 100% Arneis.
STEP 3: mix all the ingredients for a couple of minutes and then put it in the fridge to macerate for at least 4 hours. When it seems ready to you take it out of the fridge and serve into ample glasses. If you’ll need to keep it outside of the fridge, fill a couple of small plastic bags (the ones you use in the kitchen) with water, close them and then put them in the freezer. When the sangria is ready soak the bags into the sangria. This will help to keep it cool without water it down.
